OnePlus CEO Pete Lau a few days ago confirmed the company was working on its next flagship phone. Lau didn’t confirm the name of the device. But we know that the phone will be called OnePlus 5. The smartphone has been subjected to several leaks lately. Well, amidst a bunch of leaks coming from different sources reveal the specs of the upcoming OnePlus 5, but a new leak coming from Weibo brings a new set of new information about the flagship device.Some or the other specs details of the upcoming OnePlus 5 are being leaked almost every day. A new Weibo post reveals some new information about the phone. So, the placement of the fingerprint scanner will be much like the OnePlus 3T. Furthermore, the post also reveals details about RAM and storage capacity.OnePlus 5 will come with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. There have been talks that the upcoming OnePlus phone may come with an 8GB of RAM. There could also be a possibility that OnePlus 5 may come in two variants, one with 6GB and another with 8GB of RAM. However, the company is yet to confirm the same. The leak also suggests that the OnePlus 5 can hit the global market next month, which means that launch of the OnePlus 5 is nearing.advertisementIn terms of specifications, the upcoming OnePlus 5 will sport a 5.5-inch display, similar to that of the OnePlus 3T. This will enable OnePlus 5 to capture clear selfies in low-light situation. On the back, the phone will sport dual cameras.
