first_img Photo credit Boston SeaportBeach days, sandals, and patio season are so close we can almost feel the consistently warm weather—we just have to get through a couple more rainy weeks of April. To keep your spirits high, the return of the free outdoor fitness series Seaport Sweat was just announced and the lineup is looking pretty stacked. The series returns to the Seaport Common on May 28, with classes offered every single day of the week (weather permitting), and will run until September 28. You’ll still be able to relish in free classes from your favorite (and ever popular) instructors like Kelly Brabants, Eliza Shirazi, and Athena Concannon but new to the lineup this year include B/Spoke instructor Aly Raymer, Broncore Bootcamp founder Bron Volney, November Project leader Chris Capozzi, and others.New classes this year, based on participant feedback and demand, will include hip-hop yoga, Pilates mat work, stroller bootcamp, and a Spartan class. Also new this year will be a complete lineup of Saturday classes, whereas in years prior Saturday classes were only offered occasionally.“The Seaport neighborhood is ever changing and ever growing,” Debra Brodsky, senior head of marketing for Seaport Sweat, said in a press release. “It’s only natural that our fitness lineup has evolved exponentially to keep pace. The biggest Super Bowl ring in history, of course. The Patriots (present and former) gathered at Robert Kraft’s home Thursday night to celebrate their 2018 champion season one more time. And to receive their latest accessories, which arrived in Brookline via armored van.The greatest ring of all-time. pic.twitter.com/Vv5AHmVGhS— New England Patriots (@Patriots) June 7, 2019The white gold and diamond rings are engraved to remind us that “We are all Patriots.” Kraft’s signature appears under his quote, along with a date—February 3, 2002, the Pats’ first Super Bowl win. Ironically, that game was also against the Rams, but before they moved out to L.A.Each piece has the name of its owner carved into the side, and the number for players. On the other side, the ring is set with the game’s 13-3 score (not as iconic as 28-3, but still) and the words “Still Here,” as though the wearers need a reminder. And on the top, six tiny diamond Lombardi trophies shine proudly. That moment when… pic.twitter.com/ADZEOphpCo— New England Patriots (@Patriots) June 7, 2019The total diamond count is nearly double 2017’s rings at a whopping 422 stones. Of those 422, 123 surround the trophies on top. Around those, 108 more stand for the number of practices in the 2018 season. There are also 20 sapphires thrown in to symbolize the Pats’ 20 AFC East Division Championship wins. The Brady 6. pic.twitter.com/BK88mjvlU5— New England Patriots (@Patriots) June 7, 2019With this latest ring, Tom Brady becomes the first player ever to be able to wear six pieces at once. Belichick, meanwhile, showed up with an entire jewelry store on his hands, thanks to a couple of previous Super Bowl victories with the Giants.
